Our club was founded in 1955 for the purpose of providing financial support for the youth programs and facility needs of the Wichita East Branch YMCA & YMCA's of the Greater Wichita Area.  The past four decades have seen the Y's Men donate much needed facility equipment as well as fund youth program scholarships on an annual basis.  Our financial support is made possible by funds raised from the operation of one of the largest, Independent Christmas tree lots in the state.  We believe in the goals, objectives, and philosophies of the YMCA and like to think of the Y's Men's Club as a partner with the YMCA in serving the community.  Our club meets most Mondays at the Scotch and Sirloin for lunch, our members are made up of architects, accountants, bankers, real estate executives, and doctors to name a few.  We forge lasting friendships that ensure that our community service goals are achieved.  Oh yeah, we have a ton of fun doing it as well.
